Inviting friends to become members of our exclusive private sale club will not only open up their eyes to a whole new and exciting way to shop, but it earns you vouchers to spend on the site.  If you invite a friend who goes on to shop, you will both receive a £5 voucher to spend at ACHICA.  Invite friends and get vouchers – plain and simple chic-onomics!

7.2  How do I invite friends?
Look for the “INVITE” button on the right hand side of the navigation menu, or keep an eye out for “INVITE A FRIEND” banner or the “INVITE” button on the navigation bar.  Enter the email addresses of the friends you wish to invite, and we’ll send them an invitation to join, along with their £5 voucher. 

7.3  How do I know if my friend has made a purchase?
We’ll notify you by email when your friend has placed their first order.  You’ll receive a unique code to enter at the checkout to claim your £5 discount.  You will also be able to keep track of your invited friends and vouchers in the My Account section, so you can see how many vouchers you’ve earned and the unique code that you must enter at the checkout.

7.4  Is membership free, and can anyone sign up to ACHICA?
Membership is free, but the option to become a member will only be available for a limited time – once our private club is full, membership will only be available through referral by a friend who is already a member, or you must join the waiting list.

7.5 I can’t believe these prices!  Are all items 100% genuine?
You have our word that everything we bring to you is new, still in its original packaging and manufactured directly by the named brands in keeping with their high quality standards, and we work closely with all the chicest brands to negotiate extra-special prices.

7.6  Does ACHICA offer gift vouchers?
At present, ACHICA do not offer gift vouchers, but we hope to in the future, so you’ll soon be able to treat your friends to a little bit of chic!  Please keep an eye on the website and email newsletters, so you’ll be one of the first to know when we do introduce them later this year.

7.7  Email notifications.
ACHICA will send you email notifications prior to the opening of our sales, so that you know what’s online and make sure you don’t miss any items that you may love.  These emails will be sent to your registered email address.  

If you don’t seem to be receiving emails from us, check your junk folder – if emails are being filtered into your junk mail, add our email address (achica@mail-achica.com) to your address book, or mark the messages as “Not Junk”, to ensure that they come through to your inbox where you’ll easily find them.  Add noreply@achica.com to your address book to ensure that all important emails and vouchers get to your inbox too.
