Beginning to make chocolates by hand in 1995, James began his eponymous brand, driven by a passion for food. With previous experience in biology and as a DJ, he simply couldn’t resist putting his experimenting and mixing skills to the test when it came to creating delicious chocolate. He certainly got the mix right, as many of James Chocolates’ chocolates have won Great Taste Gold Awards.
