Reiko Kaneko

Reiko Kaneko established her design studio in London’s East End in 2007, having studied Arts and Design at Central St. Martin's College. She was born in Britain but spent her childhood in Japan, and her pieces are influenced by an inimitable blend of English and Japanese style, seen throughout the collection. The bone china designs are based around typically British fine bone china tableware and home accessories with a playful Japanese twist. Each collection is quite often produced by combining 3D modeling programmes with the centuries-old expertise of makers in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of English bone china.
