Celery is one of the most easiest vegetables to cook with. It’s in season from July to October and we’ve found a really simple, fresh and healthy salad recipe to try this weekend and make for the rest of the summer. . .
Celery, Radish, Pink Lady apple and Blue Cheese Salad recipe
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
3 sticks celery – try Celericious
1 Pink Lady apple
150g Dolcelatte Cheese
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp red wine vinegar
1) Slice all the vegetables and break the cheese into chunks.
2) Combine them in a large bowl with the walnuts, oil and vinegar, season well and toss. Spread over a large plate and serve.
