Unfortunately, you are not always unable to specify a delivery date but you can rearrange your delivery day to suit your needs, please remember to give us your mobile number and checkout using the AchicaNow secure option. Using this service you will be able to rearrange your delivery by SMS text

Do you offer guarantees and warranties? If so how long for?
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge. In return, please note the following terms and conditions:
  • The guarantee is available for all products purchased from achicanow.com
  • The guarantee lasts for 12 months
  • The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only when accompanied with the original receipt
  • This guarantee is non transferable
  • The guarantee applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses - i.e. time or other products
  • The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only under normal domestic use in the country it was shipped to.
  • Fabric accessories may fade at different rates especially when not being used together
  • If the product is found to be defective within the definition detailed above, AchicaNow shall, at its discretion, repair the product, or a AchicaNow discretion, provide new goods to repair the fault or replace the product with the same or similar model to the same specification, this shall be AchicaNow sole obligation
  • Any repair work undertaken will be approved by AchicaNow
  • If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, AchicaNow reserves the right to charge the customer a £29.25 fee to cover the engineers time and couriers costs or replacement parts sup

Why has my order cancelled?
There are several reasons why an order maybe cancelled after placement.

We will not be able to provide specific details about specific orders for Data Protection.

We can advise however, the most common cause is because information provided to us does not match what the bank hold for you.

We have strict fraud checks so billing and shipping information needs to be accurate to the details held on the card used.

Your Bank and Paypal can also cancel payments being made to us if there is a discrepancy in the data.

We, AchicaNow, reject payments and reverse them at the time of cancellation. It is then the banks/Paypals responsibility to forward the funds back to your account. It can take up to 3-5 days for monies to show back in your account. If you have not received your monies in this time, you will need to contact your bank/Paypal.

If an order is cancelled we are unable to reverse this process.

To place an order, you will need to reorder checking that all information provided is accurate and correct.

For verification purposes, we are unable to accept payment by Credit Card not registered in the UK or in countries we currently do not ship to.

Returning an unused, unwanted Item

We are sure that you already know that we provide all these great services and features to our customers:

  • Now, we are extremely excited and proud to add one more reason to why you should shop with AchicaNow.com - introducing our new 365 day return policy.

    We understand that when you decide to buy your perfect buggy, you need reassurance that you can change your mind - no matter how early you get it. So to help give you that peace of mind, we have launched a 1 year return policy so that you can buy with confidence early, taking the stress away nearer the due date, knowing that if you change your mind you can return it any time up to 1 year after purchase.

    There are no catches or exceptions, all we ask is that the goods are sent back in the original packing and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.
    • You can return any items you purchased from AchicaNow.com for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
    • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.
    • You need to have the original AchicaNow receipt.
    • As we offer free shipping, the cost of returning the goods is at your own cost.
    • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • Simply request an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number and once your item is received and inspected by our service department, your refund will be automatically processed and issued. Please note that depending on your bank, a refund can take 5-7 days to show in your account.

    However, in the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged please Contact Us. We are sorry if this has happened but please do not request a returns number. We may require an image of your damaged goods and if we do our customer services team will request this via email. Each case is dealt with individually by our UK based customer service team so we can resolve any issue quickly and efficiently - causing as little disturbance as possible.

    Do I have to pay for the return of damaged/faulty items?
    Firstly, if you are reading this topic we am sorry to hear that your product has become damaged/faulty. Any product within our warranty that has a fault of a manufacturing nature, we would not expect you to have to pay for the return. I can assure you we sell the highest quality products and we take all matters of this nature seriously.

    We want to help you ASAP but we will need to gather some more information. Please email us at customerservices@achicanow.com with your name and order number. Please include a photo of the damaged/faulty area as this will help us determine the best course of action as we may be able to rectify the issue without a collection.
