The Roast Clips and Skewers set is designed for trussing meat and tying vegetables. The set comprises of eight parts; four pieces of food approved silicone twine with stainless steel hooks at the end and four skewers. The Roast Clips can be looped and tightened to fit different shapes and sizes of meat like stuffed joints or rolled meat, whereas the skewers are perfect for spiking small pieces of meat, fruit or vegetables. This product is suitable for oven, pan, freezer and dishwasher use.
