Cabochon cut Emerald surrounded by bezel set diamonds.The Emerald is approx 7.8mm with 16 ,0.2pt diamonds. Tiffany design shoulders flowing into a closed up 3 row shank. Weight-4.5grms. Total diamond carat-0.48pts approx. Tested as 18ct white gold. This is a genuine piece of vintage jewellery and comes beautifully packaged in black tissue paper in an organza gift bag.
