Cold pressed in Puglia, Italy from a blend of Ogliarola and Cellina di Nardo olives, this oil is extremely fruity with a slightly peppery taste. Any sediment found at the bottom of the bottle is a remarkable sign of the naturalness of the product. To get the most of this Extra Virgin Olive Oil serve it raw as complement to any dish, especially mozzarella, bruschetta, salad or for dipping bread.
