This Great Taste Gold award-winning sauce is warmly spiced and gently fruity, thanks to the inclusion of orange. Delicious as a finishing sauce for fish or meat, it also doubles as a marinade – leave for around half an hour (or more if you have time) for the spices to infuse. Use it to bestow brilliance on chicken wings, tuna, prawns and pretty much anything you fancy. Patrick Le Mesurier recommends: Marinate ribs in the sauce before roasting or barbecuing.
