Inspired by the beautiful Palazzo Borghese in Rome, this palace stacking collection is a set of dinnerware which forms a lovely architectural piece when stacked. The designer's intention was to create tableware that would not look like tableware when not set out in a dining room - transforming everyday items into porcelain palaces. Set includes 6 fruit/dessert bowls and 1 serving bowl. The roof lids are interesting, not only do they serve as covers but they are also containers. Seletti’s logic is dual purpose and irony - the use of the plates becomes a decorative element and no longer are they just items to be hidden away. Made from fine dolomite porcelain with high temperature resistant decorations. Approx. product dimensions: Bowls W15 x H2 x D15 cm.
