The Hailo L40 range of steps is manufactured in Germany. They are certified to EN131 for serious DIY or trade use. The strong frame is made from rectangular section aluminium helping to make the steps rigid but lighter in weight. The steps are ribbed to resist slipping. The feet have serrated foot caps to reduce slip. The safety rail is higher than some cheaper steps making it safer when working at higher levels.
