Champagne and chocolate have gone hand-in-hand ever since Bacchus first licked his lips. Prestat’s traditional “Champagne Truffle” is made with Marc de Champagne, a fine spirit made from the champagne process. Prestat’s delicious Milk Chocolate Marc de Champagne Truffle is their best-selling truffle of all our time. A creamy chocolate ganache is infused with Marc de Champagne and then placed within a velvety milk chocolate truffle shell. The truffle is then dusted with the finest icing sugar just as it should be.
