A fabulous wooden sculpture of six dunlin birds in flight, displaying their characteristic and beautiful dappled brown plumage. Sometimes called the sea snipe, the dunlin is one of the most common of shore birds skimming the water’s edge and migrating in large flock. Simple and elegant, this delightful piece is designed in the UK before being hand carved by skilled craftsman in Indonesia. Made from sustainable woods, the sculpture has a lovely authentic and highly individual character. Each carved bird and base is unique (and therefore may slightly vary).
