The DeLonghi RotoFry is perfect for simple deep frying at home. It has a rotating basket so that the food is cyclically immersed in and out of the oil for crispier frying. There is also an easy clean system for oil draining and a digital timer to control cooking time. An adjustable thermostat allows you to control cooking and there is also a ready-to-cook indicator light.
