This premium quality, solid French cast iron flame casserole dish is double enamelled for added durability and easier cleaning. It also has excellent heat retention. 2.5 Litre capacity base, 20cm internal diameter. The rings on the underside of the lid allows moisture to gather on the inside, then dripping back onto the food, self-basting it. Manufactured from top quality materials by skilled craftsmen in the Ardennes region of France, using techniques that have been perfected over the last 70 years. Each item is checked, polished and finished by hand. Environmentally friendly - each piece is manufactured from over 80% recycled iron and any potential pollution is minimal. 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
