This knitted coat by Poppy is hand knitted in 100% cotton, machine washable and suitable for any climate. It looks great over one of Poppy’s dresses! We like Poppy girls to get as much wear as possible out of their Poppy clothes, this coat IS designed to begin long, made with plenty of room around the waist and extra length in the arms (that are designed to be turned up) so as the child grows, the coat turns into a long knitted cardigan. Poppy's knitwear is made under the guidelines of Fair Trade, high up in the Himalayas and they provide a valuable source of income for women who work at home while bringing up their children. This is generous, especially in the larger sizes, so you don't need too buy big. Sizes from 12 months to 5 years.
