The hand painted Original Production Cel actually used in the making of Walt Disney Studio's 1989 Animated Classic 'The Little Mermaid'. Made using around 60% computer colouring, the result was a quicker, cheaper process. With this in mind, the original cels are therefore harder to find. This particular cel is hand signed by the voice of Ursula, Pat Carroll.
