Heavy gauge hard-anodised for outstanding durability and even heating, ensures no hot spots that will burn foods. Ergonomically designed stay cool phenolic handles are slip-free. Thick aluminium core base provides fast, even heat distribution. The polished stainless steel lid form a tight seal to trap flavour and nutrients. Advanced non-stick exterior for easy cleaning. Suitable for all hobs excluding induction. Oven safe to 350F/180C/Gas mark 4.
