Odysea Greek honey is a high quality, unfiltered, raw honey produced by Alexandros Gousiaris, a local beekeeper, in the small village of Ilias in central Greece.

The honey is harvested by hand using traditional methods, from late spring until late autumn. It is extracted cold and is unfiltered to ensure the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain.

This selection includes Pine & Fir Tree Honey, Orange Blossom Honey and Wild Thyme & Fragrant Herb Honey.
