Fallot is a family run company that was founded back in 1840 in Beaune, France. They specialise in mustards and vinegars but also provide accompaniments such as capers of the highest quality. These are some of the most desirable ones as they are so small. They are great in salads, sauces or used to make Tartare sauce.
