The two metal elements are inseparable, ensuring the base remains flat for even heat distribution. Perfect for induction hobs, the base is specially designed to ensure the pan heats up quickly to increase energy efficiency. The brushed stainless steel, stay-cool handle is comfortable and secure as well as being hollow to keep the pan light.
