Lékué Makisu Sushi Roller. A roll up silicone sushi mat, perfect for making futomaki sushi rolls: Lay out a nori algae sheet, spread the rice and arrange your fish/veg filling along the middle. Roll the makisu up, slide the food out and cut it into sections. Hygienic, light and resistant, the makisu is 28cm long, so you can make your best recipe more quickly and simply. Choose two or three fillings and prepare a futomaki with a different flavour and colour. Does not absorb flavours or odours.
