Featuring a two stage precision grinding and fine polishing process using ultra hard professional sharpening wheels to produce a razor sharp edge. Internal guides ensure the knife is positioned at the correct angle avoiding damage to the knife. Simply draw the knife through each slot a few times to sharpen. Mains powered 240v, three pin fitted plug supplied.
