The ProCook 'V' professional knife sharpener is the ultimate in straightforward sharpening. Its unique 'V' design ensures that the correct edge angle is applied by equally sharpening both sides of the blade. The 'V' is created out of two, intersecting professional butcher' steels, which revolve under tension and therefore sharpen, but do not wear away the blade. It' as easy-to-use as slicing bread. Simply position the blade into the 'V' and draw between the steels. It is also suitable for both plain and serrated edges and can be used for scissors and cleavers, plus all of your knives.
