The unique ergonomic shape of the mezzaluna is so comfortable, and far less tedious than a knife, so all that’s required is a simple one-handed rocking motion. Freshly chopped herbs have never been so easy. As they are chopped, your fresh parsley, thyme, and mint collect in the contoured bottom of the wooden board, which is perfectly matched to the radius of the blade.
