The professional 40cm roasting tray is made from heavy-duty 18/10 stainless steel. It's certified for professional use and designed to last a lifetime. It's the largest size that you can buy that fits into a UK oven. It comes with a self-basting scissor rack, adjustable in 6 stages from flat to V shaped. And, because your meat is raised on the rack, and your potatoes and parsnips sit underneath, you can typically fit in 50 percent more food than an ordinary roasting tray of the same size.
