A fantastic chef's mandolin perfect for the home! Simple, practical and safe it is provided with a set of 5 blades for cutting, grating, thinly slicing, cutting out. Ideal for potato chips and waffled potatoes. The cutting thickness may be adjusted at will with a thumb wheel. Turn another wheel and julienne or chips blades come out! The push-button and the handle offer comfort and safety. Adapted to all the salad bowls of the Mastrad range, it is also used on a base provided with non-slip pads. Features include stainless steel blades and non-slip, folding feet for stability.
