Fresh, grassy, round & buttery. With the aromas of freshly cut-grass, the Salonenque is very fresh on the palate. It woks well as a seasoning on salad, on steamed vegetables with a bite of balsamique vinegar and on potatoes. Also excellent for olive oil ice cream.
