Salt intensifies cocoa and caramel flavour notes in Rococo's 37% house milk chocolate, and the lingering salty-sweetness in creamy milk chocolate is incredibly moreish. Sophie Dahl told The Times, 'if I could wave a magic wand, I would always have a fridge full of Rococo's Sea Salt Wafers. They make brilliant little Christmas presents, although in my house they last about five minutes.' Rococo’s organic chocolate blend includes cocoa beans from their own Grococo farm in northern Grenada and a little extra cocoa butter for a silky texture.
