Sauce with 10% of white truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico) cut in thin slices on a soft bed of Parmigiano Regiano cheese and fresh cream. Its dainty taste and creamy consistency make this product a perfect dressing for main courses, risottos and eggs. If used as dressing for main courses, we suggest you to mix it a little bit with boiled water.
