Its adjective 'ethic' comes from the way of breeding chickens on earth. In this product, the presence of our black winter truffles (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) plays an important role. The latter one is stressed by the co-presence of Masala wine and Cognac. Thanks to its strong and dense taste, it combines the cooking pearl of our tradition to the dainty taste of the chicken liver. An excellent Italian version of the foisgras.
