Gastronomic speciality made of flakes of Cyprus salt and small pieces of dehydrated black summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt). It is an excellent ingredient to flavour grilled meat fillet, fish, eggs, salad, potatoes and vegetables in general. It succeeds in transforming an easy receipt in a delicious dish with the noble taste and scent of the truffle.
