This rare vinaigrette is made with black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt), muscat truffle (Tuber brumale Vitt), extra virgin olive oil, grape must and black winter truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum Vitt).
At its best combination served with red meat (beef, lamb, pork) or on mixed salad with boiled eggs.
