Design House Stockholm

Design House Stockholm launched over 12 years ago with the Block Lamp, that can be found in MoMA’s permanent design collection and is still a best seller today. The brand has distinguished itself as a publisher of design rather than a conventional producer, working in the same way with designers that publishing houses work with authors. Rather than selecting a designer to make a specific product, all designers are invited to bring their personal ideas, of which some are selected for development and production. The brand looks for products that add something new to their genre, products with personality and character, with the ambition to be a mirror of the very best Scandinavian design today.

The Design House Stockholm promotion at ACHICA starts at 6.30am Wednesday 15th August and ends at 6.30am Friday 17th August
