Landmarque Prints

Preston-based studio duo Jen and Conor of Design By House have launched a series of Landmarque Prints, using layers of shapes and colour to recreate familiar global landmarks. Having become interested in the stories behind some of the world's great landmarks, Design By House began to explore ways of expressing their iconic nature without succumbing to the silhouette. The results of this process lead to the 'Landmarque' print series, which uses layers of shapes and colour to recreate the familiar forms and evoke a sense of location. Each one is hand-pulled in the UK and we have the full series of 9 images, each with a stamp of authenticity by Design By House, signed and dated.
