Sphere Inter

The Gustavian style that has been adopted by Sphere Inter emerged in the eighteenth century in Sweden. It was popularised by King Gustav III of France, who was charmed by the Louis XVI interiors and decided to decorate his palaces with furniture and objects inspired by the style but without any of its signature gilding and overload of flamboyant colors. Instead the objects were pastel coloured and mellow, soft and smooth in shape and natural in their materials.
