Starting out as a chocolate shop in Dorchester, House of Dorchester was founded to create top notch chocolate when it proved difficult to find stock that met high expectations. To begin with, a local lady, trained in the fine art of hand tempering and fork dipping chocolates, sat in the shop front making all the lovely, luxury chocolates by hand. The word soon spread about the delicious chocolate creations and today the team at House of Dorchester makes a range of scrumptious chocolate products for some of the UK’s leading hotels, restaurants, shops and venue.
