This applies equally to the manner in which it farms and in determining what it should produce. Becoming certified organic in 1999, it has since expanded from a purely dairy farm to a producer of all kinds of raw organic ingredients, each full of gracious goodness. These are then lovingly prepared into its goodies, including soft and hard organic cheeses, flavoured vodkas and foodie gifts.
