Aux Anysetiers du Roy was originally a restaurant near Notre-Dame in Paris, which was frequently visited by celebrities in the 60s. The restaurant offered a small gift after dinner – the ‘Herbes de Provence’ crock, containing a special blend. The success of these crocks led to the Aux Anysetiers du Roy speciality foods that are presented in stoneware pots. These divine products are made in a small village, south of Lyon and contain blends of herbs, spices, honey, sugars and chocolate fondue.
